I’ll Do It Tomorrow
How often in our work at home business do we put off an unpleasant task ? Maybe we’re not sure of the next step to take, not all pieces of the puzzle are clear and we give in and say,”I’ll do it tomorrow!” And the next day if things don’t fall together the way we want we say it again! Soon there’s a whole weeks worth of ”I’ll do it tomorrow” and still no progress.
“Tomorrow” is the greatest labor saving device ever invented. Tomorrow is when idlers work, when fools will reform and mortal men lay hold of heaven.
Every day you wait, you lose! All of my life I’ve been planning and thinking and dreaming and loitering and waiting. All of my life I’ve been “getting ready” to do something worthwhile. I’ve been waiting for the summer and waiting for the fall. I’ve been waiting for the spring and waiting for the winter. Waiting and dawdling and dreaming until my life is almost spent.
There comes a time when you have to say, “today is tomorrow!” No more waiting for the “perfect” time, the right “psychological moment” or when I’m more “comfortable”. Just simply, “I’m going to get this done now, today!”
