Who’s Telling You How To Make Extra Money?
Seriously, where are you getting your advice from regarding how to make extra money? Is it from someone you work with on your job, a best friend that you hang around with or some sage family member that you look to for advice? Maybe you have an aquaintance who has dabbled in business part time.
Have some of them just laughed at you and said things like,” You want to go into business for yourself, you’ve got to be kidding? Why don’t you get a part time job and earn extra income?” Or, “You’ll never make it, the economy is bad and times are tough right now! Besides, you don’t have enough money to start a business.”
Whoever your confidant is, are they truly qualified to guide you through the business world? Have they ever owned an active business that got off the ground and generated any kind of profits? Have they done anything at all to make extra money? If they haven’t, you need to seek out someone who can actually help and guide you to get to where you want to go.
Find someone who has already accomplished what you wish to do and follow them. Even then, you need to be careful who you are listening to. Most of us want to know how to make extra money right now, today! Is there a faster, better or easier way to get there than what someone is already telling you?
Do the research, find a “Mentor” who has done what you want to do and is willing to share a proven path with you. Make sure the information is credible and you can duplicate the same results.
